Printing a Test Page

If the printer is not printing, the user should try printing a test page to see if that solves the issue. The test page information is stored in the printer’s memory. The user does not need any formatting or translating of jobs. It simply ensures if the printer can communicate with the computer. After the printer installation is completed, it will ask the user if he wants to print a test page. The user can go ahead and print a test page. For an existing printer, the user should click the Print Test Page button to print a test page. If it does not print, the user should verify the connections and restart the print spooler. If garbage gets printed, there might be an issue with the printer or the print driver.
