Managing the Print Spooler
Print spooler is a service which formats print jobs into a language that a printer can understand. This is similar to a holding area where all print jobs get ready for printing. In Windows, the print spooler is a service that automatically starts when the OS loads. If documents are still not printing and there is no apparent reason, it could be due to a stalled print spooler. To rectify this problem, the user must stop and restart the print spooler.
