A gamepad is also known as game controller. It is a peripheral device designed to be used with computers or console gaming system. It is held in two hands where the fingers and thumbs are used to provide input. It has multiple buttons and is used with video game consoles such as Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo WII.
