Face recognition
In this type of recognition, the facial characteristics of an individual is analysed. Every person in the world has some unique facial characteristics, even the identical twins. It may be some small facial characteristics that cannot be noticed by human eyes like placing of eyebrows, width of the eyes or the breadth of the nose. Such unique facial characteristics of individuals are analysed in face recognition. This type of recognition is mainly used in law enforcement centers where it is often required to pick out the individual in crowds.
