3D Printer

We generally use a two-dimensional (2D) printer that prints two dimensional pictures on paper. Dot-Matrix, Inkjet and Laser printer are 2D printers. But, do you know that there is a special type of printer that can print three-dimensional (3D) solid objects from a digital file. It is called a 3D printer.

A 3D printer does not use ink instead it uses a type of special printing material such as plastic rubber and metal It prints real-life models of various objects. In the medical world, a special 3D printer is being developed with a special biological material that can be used to print human organs such as heart and kidney.
